We found beauty inspiration in some unlikely places for 2007's issue. In "Heavenly Creatures," makeup artist Gina Brooke used nine pairs of feather lashes for a look inspired by the sanaa intermedia, a grasshopper native to Thailand.
Our Private Icons included Betty and Veronica, and we also ran an article about absinthe-scented products which quoted the Green Fairy from Europtrip.
